TERMS OF SERVICE

 

The full range of Haircuts and Treatments are by appointment only (excluding walk-in services). When booking an appointment, clients will be required to input their email address and phone number. This is to allow our booking system to issue the client with a receipt, and to ensure that the client has confirmation of their booking time, and service.

Walk-in clients are only accepted in time slots that have not been booked online beforehand and will be served solely on a first-come first-serve basis. All walk-in services will be charged according to the in-store Pricelist.

It is the clients discretion to disclose to Hammies Barber Shop any prior treatment or product used that could affect the outcome of their haircut or hair treatment (such as S-Curling or Dying). Hammies Barber Shop and it’s staff are not liable for client negligence in this regard.

Hammies Barber Shop staff will take every precaution to protect against COVID19, and will ensure that the customer is treated with care. It is the responsibility of the customer to wear their mask, sanitise their hands, enter and exit the premises when instructed by a Hammies Barber Shop staff member.

When a client cancels their appointment they WILL NOT receive a refund. Their appointment can be transferred to another available date by notifying Hammies Barbershop no later than 12 hours before the appointment time.
